What are your hours?

Monday thru Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 12:00 am

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. The online payment is provided by Intuit Payments Inc.

Order selection and placement

Do you have a store/showroom?

Yes, we have a large, modern store front and showroom conveniently located on the Northwest Side of Chicago in the West Humbolt Park area. Come visit us at 4518 W. Haddon Avenue, Chicago IL, 60651 – we treat our customers like family, and we’ll make sure you find what you need.

Do you have a store catalog?

The world’s gone digital, and so have we. You can browse our vast selection here on our website or visit our showroom to find materials, ideas, and inspiration for your project.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can place your order over the phone for same-day pickup or to schedule pickup for a later day and time.

Can I place an order online?

Yes, you can. Simply log into your account, add items to your cart. If you need to have the material cut, please select the Custom Cut icon. Selecting your payment method will determine how your order is processed. If paying with CREDIT CARD, your order will be processed immediately and a staff member will contact you once your order is ready for pickup. If it is not a special order, most of the time it will be ready on the same day. If paying with CASH, your order will not be processed until you pay at the counter. The benefit of paying by cash is saving 2% on your order.

How do I place an order at your showroom?

Let us know what materials you need and pay for your order with any of our accepted payment methods. You’ll then receive a yellow ticket you can take to the warehouse. Your order will be picked while you wait.

*Large orders, custom work, and bending require a longer lead time. Just ask and we’ll give you a precise timeframe.

Pickup and Delivery

When can I pick up my completed order?

In-store pickup can be done during our open hours.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver to the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.

Will you unload the material?
We do not unload materials, so for heavy orders, you’ll need to make sure you have the required help at hand.

Will weather affect my delivery?
We cannot guarantee your material will arrive dry as our delivery trucks are not fitted with tarps.

When can I have it delivered?
Delivery can be scheduled upon placing the order. Our staff will coordinate a date and time that works well for you.

Processing Times

Do you offer same-day service?

We can cut material for you on the spot on the same day you place the order. We pride ourselves on fast and friendly service; we’ll have you loaded up in 20-60 minutes. However, large orders may require next day completion.

*Custom orders and bending require different lead times – please see below.

What about custom fabrication?

Custom fabrication is not offered as a same-day service. We require a rendering or drawing of the scope of the project in order to give you a precise quote. Our quoting process can take 1-2 days, and once complete, you’ll have a price and lead time. Depending on the complexity of the project, custom work takes 2-10 to complete.

*Full payment is required for all in-house fabrication orders.

Can shearing and bending on sheets be done on the same day?

Shearing, yes! Bending, no. Bending requires a 2-3 day lead time.

Fabrication and Installation

Do you have prefabricated fence panels?

No, our fence panels are custom made to your needs.

Do you offer installation?

Yes, we’re highly experienced in installation. To get started, call and ask for Angelica Osorio. She’ll send a fabricator to your site, and they’ll provide a free, custom quote within 1-2 days. Installation projects can take 2-6 weeks to complete depending on scheduling and scope of project.

Returns and Storage

Can you hold or store my order after it’s purchased?

Yes, we offer 3 days free storage from the date of purchase or the date the order is complete. After the first 3 days, a fee of $25 per day will be applied to any order that has not been picked up in its entirety. *Any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before materials will be released.

If materials are not picked up after 90 days, the customer forfeits all material. We are not responsible thereafter, and no refunds will be given.

What is your return policy?

We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you find you need to return an item, please see the terms and conditions below:

Required: The original invoice must accompany all returns or exchanges. We do not offer cash refunds, however in-house, store credit will be issued. No exceptions!

Order discrepancies: If there is a discrepancy with the quantity, quality, type, or size of material you received, this must be reported to Osorio Metals within 24 hours of receipt of the material or else the claim is waived.

Condition of materials:

All returned merchandise received by Osorio Metals will be inspected and must be found to be in re-saleable condition.

Time limitations: Merchandise must be returned to Osorio Metals no later than fifteen (15) days after the date of the original invoice.

Items that cannot be returned: We do not offer returns on any product that has been altered in any way by the customer; cut, painted, drilled or rusted. Stainless steel, aluminum, special orders, and pre-cut materials are also not eligible for returns.

Restocking fee: All merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
