Services
Welding
Our welding team consists of 3 in-house, experienced welders. We weld stainless, hot roll and cold roll steel. Many of our customers come to us to have flat stock welded to beams for structural support jobs, but the possibilities are endless. If you have a project – big or small – that requires welding, reach out.

Plasma cutting
We’ve recently added this service for our customers. Using our CNC machine, we can quickly cut through sheet metal, metal plates, etc. Compared to mechanical saws, plasma cutting produces very little debris which is ideal when considering welding. This service is also ideal for metal arts due to its ability to cut precise detailed lines and patterns.
Shearing
We’re able to shear sheets up to ¼ thick up to 10’ long. Shearing makes straight line cuts in flat sheet stock with cleaner edges than those done by traditional torch cutting.
Since it doesn’t require heating or melting, it preserves the metal’s property and makes cleaner edges than lines cut by traditional torch cutting. Shearing also won’t create chips on the metal nor create a loss of material.

Bending
If you need your material to bend at an angle and create a specific shape, we can use our press brake machine to bend material up to ¼ thick and 10’ long. Bending can also be used to add strength and stiffness to metals and to take away rough edges.
Rolling
Rolling metal is a forming process that is used to reduce the thickness of the material as well as create uniformity in thickness. We can roll square, round tubing, channels, beams, and flats.

Punching
Punching is a quick and effective way to create the shapes you need within your metal material. We’re able to punch squares and diamonds on channels up to 2” wide. We also punch holes in square base plates.
Saw Cutting
Saw cutting allows you to get material at exactly the right length for your project. Using our automated bandsaw, we’ll make sure your material is cut to your specified length.

Custom Fabrication
With decades of hands-on experience, our team can completely customize what you need for your project, whether it be a railing, fence or decorative ornament. In order to provide a precise quote, we require a rendering or drawing of the scope of your project. We are unable to provide same-day service on custom fabrication. Please visit our How It Works section below for lead times.

How it Works
We are a fast-paced retail store similar to the big box stores, but when you walk in our brand-new storefront and showroom, our sales staff will greet you on a first-name basis — our customers are like family. Once you place your order with an accepted method of payment, you’ll get a yellow ticket to take to the warehouse for your order to be picked while you wait. Wait times can vary from 20 – 60 minutes.
You can place your order over the phone with our staff for same-day pickup or for a later date and time.
We can deliver your order within a 50 mile radius, reaching as far north as Waukegan; as far south as Gary; and as far west as Rockford. Call us for delivery pricing.
We can cut material for you on the spot on the same day you place the order. We pride ourselves on fast and friendly service; we’ll have you loaded up in 20-60 minutes. However, large orders may require next day completion.
For custom fabrication we require a rendering or drawing of the scope of the project in order to provide a precise quote. Our quoting process can take 1-2 days, and once complete, you’ll have a price and lead time. Depending on the complexity of the project, custom work takes 2-10 days to complete.
We’re highly experienced in installation. To get started, call and ask for Angelica Osorio. She’ll send a fabricator to your site, and they’ll provide a free, custom quote within 1-2 days. Installation projects can take 2-6 weeks to complete depending on scheduling and scope of project.
