Required

The original invoice must accompany all returns or exchanges. No cash refunds. Only store credit will be issued. No exceptions!

If there is a discrepancy with the quantity, quality, type, or size of material you received, this must be reported to Osorio Metals within 24 hours of receipt of the material or else the claim is waived.

Condition of materials

All returned merchandise received by Osorio Metals will be inspected and must be found to be in resellable condition.

Time limitations

Merchandise must be returned to Osorio Metals no later than fifteen (15) days after the date of the original invoice.

Items that cannot be returned

We do not offer returns on any product that has been altered in any way by the customer; cut, painted, drilled or rusted. Stainless steel, aluminum, special orders, and pre-cut materials are also not eligible for returns. Returns on STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINUM, SPECIAL ORDERS, and PRE-CUT material are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Restocking fee

All merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Storage

We offer 3 days free storage from the date of purchase or the date the order is complete. After the first 3 days, a fee of $25 per day will be applied to any order that has not been picked up in its entirety. *Any applicable storage fees must be paid in full before materials will be released. If materials are not picked up after 90 days, the customer forfeits all material. We are not responsible thereafter, and no refunds will be given.

Cash Discount

A 2% Processing Fee will be charged to all orders paid with a Credit and Debit Card.

Invoice

Delivery

For Deliveries: Per weather conditions, material is not guaranteed to arrive dry as delivery trucks are not fitted with tarps. Customers are responsible for unloading all delivered material.
Returns on scrap material are not accepted. No Exceptions!
